The specific maintenance steps of the high frequency machine:
1. When the power switch on the panel is opened, the voltmeter is not indicated, and the power lamp is not bright.
(1) the total power switch is not opened. Open the total power switch first.
The cooling fan is damaged. Replace the fan.
(3) the malfunction of the micro switch below the fan.

(4) high pressure negative pole and open road (line fault or ammeter opening). Troubleshooting or replacing the ampere.
The cathode of the electronic tube (usually the filament) and the ground. Reconnect.
The tube damage. Change.
The AC contactor is damaged or broken line. Replace AC contactor or repair line.
The welding time KT2 damage. Replacement of weld time system.

12. When melting, the mold often fires.
The mold has a burr or too dirty. A polishing or cleaning mold.
The die is not leveled. Adjust the mold.
(3) the damage of the insulating material of the lower mold or the mark of fire is not cleaned up. Replace the insulating material or clean the fire marks.
(4) the welding current is adjusted too much. Adjust the welding current.
The melt receiving too much water or impurities. The change is melting graft.
13, when the welding current is small, the overcurrent protection action occurs when the welding current is relatively small, or the current exceeds the maximum allowable value (5000S is 0.8A and 8000S is 1.2A), and the over current protection is not yet able to move. Over current protection adjustment resistance (30W10 omega) is not adjusted. Readjusting.
14. When the mold is fired, there is no spark protection action, or although there is a movement, the die burns more seriously.
(1) the sensitivity of spark protection is adjusted too low.  The clockwise rotating potentiometer on the circuit board to increase sensitivity.
The spark signal line is broken. Repair the circuit breakpoints.
(3) the fault of the spark circuit board. Change or repair.
Protect the relay from damage. Change.
15, at the beginning of the weld joint, the protection action appears.
(1) the sensitivity of spark protection is adjusted too high.  Moving counter clockwise on the circuit board to reduce the sensitivity of the potentiometer.
2. The heating body of the hanging die hot plate is leaking.  Replace the heating body.
